3 Activities Most Cited by Models

Last post I proposed a lifestyle change challenge, which includes an exercise routine. Well, if you decided to go on board my challenge you could be also interested in getting top model’s advise. These are the top 3 activities most cited by Victoria’s Secret angels when it comes to workout. They are pilates, yoga andboxing.
Pilates

The pilates works with stretching and muscle tone, improving movement and articulation as well. The posture is also very important in each exercise on pilates, bringing more balance to the body.

Each with their differences and it’s focus. Generally speaking, the yoga is the art of self-knowledge.
